Recap: 12th Annual Christmas Charity Benefit

The 12th Annual Christmas Charity Benefit has officially come to a close! Every year, Lukas Nursery holds an annual Christmas benefit to raise money for several local charitable organizations. Selling 1,000 Christmas trees in under a month, Lukas Nursery was able to raise $38,000 with the help of the surrounding community.

All the net proceeds of Christmas tree sales were donated to two impressive institutions: The Mustard Seed of Central Florida & Junior Achievement of Central Florida.

The Mustard Seed works to provide furniture and clothing to families and individuals that have suffered from disaster or personal tragedies. Their program helps create functional homes while staying environmentally responsible. Click here to learn more about the lovely story of The Mustard Seed.

Junior Achievement of Central Florida works to provide mentors with youth in the surrounding areas to learn about critical life skills, career readiness, and more.
